    NetPoint Expiry Error

    Hi There,
    Since installing the new beta I have not be able to poll any machines. I have now come to the realisation that it is due to the date format of the licensing file and my locale.

    In Australia we use a date format of D/M/Y which of course means the license file (8/1/2007) has already expired.

    Eventlog error:
    The Neutex NetPoint service encountered an error. License file 'C:\Program Files\Neutex NetStudio\NetPoint\Service\NetPoint.lic' has expired. Neutex NetPoint will not poll any systems until a valid license file is obtained from http://www.neutex.net.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I have a fix for this issue.  Can you e-mail support@neutex.net and I'll send it to you?  If you don't mind, I'd like you to test it before I upload it to the site.

    Is there a link to this fix?  I'm in Australia as well, and experiencing the same issue.

    Which version of NetPoint are you running? This issue was fixed in NetPoint v1.2.1 and v1.3.0 is currently available for download via http://www.neutex.net. Let me know if you're using the latest version and are still encountering these problems.
