I am current having some issues in netpoint 2.10 pro
The first issue is this:

The NetPoint service encountered an error.

Unable detect whether this server is part of a workgroup or domain. Please ensure this server meets NetPoint's minimum operating system requirements. No systems will be polled until this has been fixed.

the server that the netpoint software is installed is one of 2 domain controlers running Windows 2003 Standard Edition SP2.

The second issue:
The NetPoint service encountered an error.

An unexpected problem occurred while trying to process on demand polls. The service will retry this on 5 minute intervals.

The last issue that we are currntly having is netpoint is not updating the sql database correctly should old information on the computers that have been removed from the network or been replace with newer computers but shows the same specs.

Any thoughts would be helpful.
